Omaha high low game types
Omaha hi low has the same betting variances as holdem, ie limit, pot limit etc. Here's the basic omaha betting types. (These apply for all omaha games ie, omaha hi, omaha hi low, omaha 8 etc)
If you've got this far, you should have learned the rules of playing omaha hi low
So here's a quick run down of the different omaha game types:
Limit Omaha high low
A set betting limit is applied to each game and to each round of betting
Pot limit Omaha hi low
Bets are limited to the amount of chips already in the pot
No limit omaha high low
A player can bet all of his chips at any time in the game
Mixed omaha hi low
The game changes between rounds of limit and pot limit hi low. With each change in betting, the blinds are increased. (as if omaha hi low wasn't difficult enough to follow!)
